Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some purchases cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift Cards

To make a return, you must provide your name, email address and order number.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can a few days before they appear.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within a couple of days, please check your account.

If your refund still does not show, contact the entity that issued your credit card as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank as there is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If tis case you and wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at moonshine.boutique.orders@gmail.com for instructions.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they'll know you've returned the item.

Shipping

To return a product, please mail it to: 23 rue Léger, Sherbrooke, QC, J1L1X1, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
