Shipping Policy

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once you have successfully completed your order. Completed orders are processed within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or junk folder. You will also receive an email notification when your order ships.

Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for nondelivery due to errors in the address you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (less shipping costs) and ask you to resubmit your order.

Pick Up

You are invited to come and collect your order in our salon. If you selected this option during checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

We are also happy to provide curbside pickup for your order. Please call us at 819-933-3019 or email moonshine.boutique.orders@gmail.com to make arrangements.

Home Delivery

We offer local delivery on all orders. Local delivery costs $ 10. Orders over $ 100 receive free local delivery. Deliveries take place 24 to 72 hours after the end of your order. We will contact you via SMS using the phone number you provided during payment to notify you of the delivery of your order.

We offer delivery to Magog, QC and its surroundings, as well as to Sherbrooke, QC. Check out our google map to see if we deliver to your area.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at moonshine.boutique.orders@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
